Good $ense Counselor Training resources can help provide individuals in your church with relief from the pain, anxiety and strained relationships that result from debt and help restore their confidence and self-esteem. These resources help you train volunteers to provide free, confidential budget counseling to individuals with financial difficulties.

Budget Course Resources Available

Budget Course - Expanded Edition

Designed for churches that wish to start the Good $ense ministry by first just offering the Budget Course, this Edition contains the four components of the Budget Course-- plus a Teaching DVD of Dick Towner teaching the Course! Also included are four CD's from a weekend stewardship series by Teaching Pastors at Willow Creek Community Church.

Budget Course – Small Group Edition

This format is specifically intended to enable the Budget Course to be taught in a variety of small groups settings throughout the church and not require a teacher. It includes two components - a Teaching DVD of Dick Towner teaching the Budget Course on CCN (segmented into six sessions), and a Participant's Guide (the workbook needed by each person participating in the Course) as well as a Facilitator's Guide with information and discussion questions for use in small group settings.
