This eight-hour course is designed for those who have a heart to help others, equipping them with the skills to successfully complete a Good $ense financial counseling case. The course includes teaching on the biblical principles under girding the ministry, development of interpersonal skills, and instruction on the use of Good $ense materials. Some pre-reading is required, and is included in the Participant’s Guide*(see below) registrants will need for workshop. It is recommended, but not required, that participants take the Good $ense Budget Course.

The Good $ense Counselor Training workshop will be taught on the following dates and times at the locations listed below.  If you are open to participants from other churches attending your Good $ense Counselor Training Workshop, please send us the schedule with date, time, location, and phone number, and we will post it to this page.

*All Counselor Training workshop attendees will need to complete the pre-reading section of the Participant Guide (PDF, 1.9MB, 16 pages).
